If you were to say something upsetting to me, any action I do toward you I would be held accountable. But if you call a nigger a nigger, they can't be held accountable for their own actions. No, it's impossible for them to do so, and your own fault for calling a nigger a nigger.

We don't even need them to say cracker, anyone saying nigger is game for [TOS VIOLATION]. Niggers say "nigger" all the time, so.......

The Jury learned the victim was using racial slurs in the aftermath of the altercation

So a White man was stabbed by a nigger and started calling him a nigger, so therefore it is post-facto justification for the stabbing.

This is worse than people think. Remember how a few years back a nigger killed an elderly White man at a county fair because he merely THOUGHT that the White man called him a nigger under his breath - or was thinking it or something - an people were saying it was justified then? Now it's actual law precedent in Oregon.

Edit: After reading the article, the Defense Attorney for the nigger also said that the only reason the victim would have been alarmed with a nigger swaggering at him with an openly brandished knife was "Because of Racism, Hatred and Fear" instead of... the more reasonable reaction of "I don't want to end up dead because this fucker is gonna stab me!"

The Defense also makes the claim that the negro was "Looking to barter his knife for cigarettes." Yeah, pull the other one. The nigger was going to stab him and loot anything off his corpse he could.

This guy didn't relax. It's more than likely the only reason he is still alive. That nigger was going to stab him one way or the other. This jury just gave blacks an open invitation to stab and kill anyone they don't like with post-facto justification that the person may have said "nigger" based on nothing but the nigger's say so.

That nigger needs capital punishment, as dones everyone but the White man that was stabbed. He should sue everyone in civil court for a billion dollars each.
