The problem is too many people are tip-toeing around the issue. The vax is not safe and there is no pandemic. If you accept the vax as safe and effective and you accept there is a deadly pandemic then there are enough existing laws and precedents to give them authority.
At this point, I think we need a constitutional amendment that bans quarantines, forced medication, and any public health powers. Public health has become too corrupted by the FDA, pharma, and corrupt doctors. A real plague with 50%+ mortality represents a lower threat to civilization than this shit.
Good luck getting a constitutional amendment passed when all the people who are in charge of doing so are adamantly opposed to any such amendment. Not to mention the Supreme Court would do its best to undermine the language of any such amendment anyway. The government cannot be constrained by a piece of paper.
I agree no "piece of paper" is getting us out of this mess even if we could manage to get it passed. I'm just frustrated by the fact that everyone is still parroting the "safe and effective" bullshit even though they're supposedly on the opposite side of Fauci and Biden. I'm also tired of the "I'm not anti-vax, but" crowd. If the FDA, CDC and all the others are forcing us to take a gene therapy vax that has been proven in every animal study to be horribly dangerous, how can you trust any current vaccine. Did they get is right with the HPV vaccine and then suddenly change for covid? Many statements imply they're changing the ingredient and makeup of the vax as time goes on but still using the same EUA. Are they also doing this for the MMR?
