The owner's father was an artist, and did several calligraphic pieces for the company in the late 80s and early 90s.

The kid that took over from his folks and ragequit the company one day didn't take much that belonged to his parents, and this was one of the pieces left. I couldn't resist, it's a beautiful piece of artwork. I need to get the Chinese translated, all I know about it is the artist's name and the title of the poem.

You sure its chinese? Looks like kanji to me (Japanese). I have no fucking clue tho. Wish i could read it. We need it translated, more often then not such pieces hold great wisdom.

The person that drew it was Chinese, so I have to assume. I don't know until someone gives me a definitive answer, however.
