Pretty sure one of the local band of crows killed and ate and small bird in the birdbath today, haven't seen any owls or hawks of late but the big old crows have taken to perching along my yard fence, a little bolder than they have been.
The bath looked like a crime scene. I'm glad someone got a free lunch, just was curious how often that could happen.

Im going thru this right now. The crows are here. Ive kinda made peace with them. The starlings are pissin me off. They are wiping out the seed I put out and dtiving off the cardinals, bluebirds, jays and evetything else. I have discovered, if I kill em and leave em laying, they quit coming around. The crows and the rest get along just fine. Starlongs are the "Niggers" of birds.
