Xiden is deep into Alzheimer's, probably Stage III. Whatever drugs the puppet-masters pump into him work most of the time but not all the time. I literally cringed when I watched it. That kid was terrified. It's a pity the parents of the kids he does that to are so intimidated. The mama bear in me would have come out full force, president and body guards not withstanding.

Late stages of his mental decline. He simply cant control his outbursts of whatever creepy shit he always loved to do. His filter isn’t there to keep him in check for the sake of optics even after a million pedo noticing, memes, jokes, highlight videos, etc.
I have first hand experience with this. Not with an old devil-worshipping pedo, but with family who have fought the fight against dementia, Alzheimer’s, etc. At least their outbursts were usually just casually telling a story to people at the doctors office, peppering in the word nigger or coon or spade. Lol.
