"Out of context" oh, becuase he said "all kidding aside" ? We all know he was serious, didn't sound like a joke to me. Maybe "I need to be wiped" Joe with his "world's best election fraud organization" knows he can't keep his mouth shut but has been taught to cover his tracks better when he makes these truthful slips on camera.

Uh, I watched what YOU posted, in its entirety. He was being serious. He always had a problem with sticking to a story, maintaining lies, etc. Even Obama said never underestimate his ability to mess things up.
He has admitted on video and praised he election fraud team, his ukraine corruption bribery, etc.
