I think they are planning to throw Biden under A25 to hide evidence of their much larger network of corruption. If he is charged for mishandling of these docs or worse, he will plead mental incompetence triggering A25. With Biden incompetence defense and Biden gone, more investigation is beating a dead horse, they will claim anyway.

Yes. I believe it’s a cover. But after all these years of seeing corruption and tons of politicians getting away with stuff, what new force is behind this need for this cover? Just because the China committee, the new rep majority house.. the (should have been majority rep senate but cheating). Senate possibly being 50/50. My question is why the sudden need for this operation cover.
