CNN sees the writing on the wall that biden is basically the fall guy. they want to come out of this with a "we are on your side" and are only now starting to push biden under the walker

The US should have never been in Afghanistan and there was never a reason to stay. Who cares if the Taliban take over the whole place? It was like throwing stones at a wasp nest and being surprised at getting stung. The people of Afghanistan had nothing to do with 9/11 and it is decades too long spending money the US hasn't got pretending there was an objective either than personal enrichment of corrupt politicians and defense contractors.

Afghanistan has been known as the 'graveyard of empires' for centuries. But nobody ever learned sheeeee-it from history.

If everyone is so hot to keep troops in Afghanistan, it must be a gold mine of US tax dollars. There's no other reason to do it, other than criminal profit.
