I live in eastern TX, see alot of 20-30 something men that appear to be oilfield workers, or sometime where they work outside all day and are reasonable slim and strong looking. Then I see them with their 400 lbs wife and 3-4 kids.

One thing that’s critical to understand is that perspective is key. Thoughts and actions are downstream from perspective - that is to say: a shitty perspective on life will produce shitty results.

It’s a cliché to mention the power of positive thinking, or having a clear goal in mind, but that’s really a majority of what these fat fucks are missing: they don’t see a reason to respect themselves enough to take care of their bodies.

Everyone is going to have a different reason for improving themselves, but my perspective changed for the better once I accepted God into my life. Maybe these guys need to find a priest.

That's like everyone I work with, lol. My eyes must roll into the back of my head like 10 times a day. They're so disgusting.

They can't figure it out because they have no interest in it. They're not really "smart". They just get a dopamine fix from whatever fake accomplishment they receive in a video game. So that incentivizes them to work hard in that specific niche.

Outside of their virtual shithole lives, they don't really care about the real world or about their bodies too much. They're too busy escaping into fantasy.
