Let's talk about what the, "affordable," in "affordable housing," means... - Does this mean within reach of shelter buyers? - Does this mean increasing housing supply to better match demand and reduce rents? - Does this mean housing earmarked for people who cannot pay market rent and require subsidy? - Does this mean housing people who don't pay for their own housing? - Does this mean something else?
