I didn't even know there was sound:
Newcaster: "Writings on the houses give away the communist character of partisanism."
Writings 1: Top "(long) Live Marshal comrade Joseph Broz Titio", Lower "Podravina too has it's own brigade."
Writings 2: "(long) Live Podravina Brigade", more unreadable gibberish about Tito.
All other writings are similar, long live our allies, strengthen the brigade, bla bla... One interesting is "Long live comrade Stalin"
Newcaster (when showing the prisoners) "A group of captured partisans who without second thought abandoned their homes and honest work."
Newscaster: "Captured partisan women."
Newscaster: "Combat operations in this area have been conducted under leadership of General-Knight Moškov."
Newscaster: "Captured bandits are being taken to concentration camps where they will be introduced to useful work."
Thank you for translating.
more unreadable gibberish about Tito.
How do you feel about Tito?
He's a commie who tried to genocide Croats (MUH NAZIS!!!) so fuck him. One thing I do find admirable is that he was extremely competent and well organized compared to other commie regimes. UDB makes KGB look like clowns and there are even rumors that they killed Stalin after they found out he sent assassins to kill Tito. He also immediately disregarded all jewish influence and did what he wanted, this is why they immediately dismantled Yugoslavia after his death and tried to get Serbia to conquer it's entire territory and create Great Serbia. We all know how that ended.
Thanks for answering, I know my immediate instinct on Tito was the Reddit-Tier "Well Stalin tried to assassinate him and failed, so he must be based", so thank you for correcting that.
Does Croatia have any sort of National Hero, like we do in the US?
We have tons over here, like George Washington, and even my shitty city of Philadelphia has Benjamin Franklin, who was actually the best Founding Father.
Anything like that over there?
