Diana Smith of the Bronx was identified by police as the woman who allegedly started the heinous attack by spewing hate-filled remarks on Sunday, according to The New York Post.
Smith was aboard a crowded train in Lower Manhattan at 2.15pm when she allegedly attacked a 23-year-old Jewish woman from the Upper West Side.
In a video posted on social media, Smith - wearing a camouflage jacket - is seen standing on the train and shouting: 'Jews are eating kids!'
