She wouldn't be bound by the gag order anyway. It covers the lawyers involved in the case and their employees, etc.

Seems to be very over broad and probably unconstitutional. But nothing will be done about it. If the lawyers from one side or the other don't object, they won't be able to do anything about it anyway.
