Good for Thomas. SCOTUS is there to ensure - among other things - that laws are applied per the Constitution. That is, color blind. Jackson needs to stay in that lane, her job is not to legislate from the bench. If she wants to make blacks *more* equal by forcing the Court to base decisions on race, then she should be removed for not knowing how to do her fucking job. SCOTUS is there to weigh laws against the Constitution, not her fee-fees.
