I am curious to know how their legal system would look upon a white guy who happened to be there, and maybe kicked the pavement ape in the head while he was getting down like that.

They would see that as a fight involving two foreigners and arrest them both.

They would probably arrest both people if it were a Japanese man who kicked the guy. If you look like you are involved in an incident the Japanese police will slap the cuffs on you and ask questions later. They will arrest a foreigner if he’s simply standing nearby. If you’re out in public in Japan and you see something going down turn and walk the other way.

I know the prosecutors in Japan have an almost 100% conviction rate, I guess I'm just wondering how they would look upon a foreigner who stopped a nog from disrupting their social peace.

That moron fucking nog just said "they everything in their culture sucks" then immediately said "all of their culture came from black people".

Deport the nog. Do not allow your country to be tainted.

This is evidence that blacks have privilege.
They can act like jesters in public and still claim victim hood and claim another race desires them. And they never expect consequences.
