I am curious to know how their legal system would look upon a white guy who happened to be there, and maybe kicked the pavement ape in the head while he was getting down like that.
They would see that as a fight involving two foreigners and arrest them both.
They would probably arrest both people if it were a Japanese man who kicked the guy. If you look like you are involved in an incident the Japanese police will slap the cuffs on you and ask questions later. They will arrest a foreigner if he’s simply standing nearby. If you’re out in public in Japan and you see something going down turn and walk the other way.
I know the prosecutors in Japan have an almost 100% conviction rate, I guess I'm just wondering how they would look upon a foreigner who stopped a nog from disrupting their social peace.
