His parents protested probably when he asked to go but the kid knew he was doing God's work so he snuck out just to do that.... ..... or he was just in the area with his parents running errands when he noticed an opportunity floating by. That kid would probably be stoked to know he's known for stepping on a pride flag from a secret cam. Guess it could be his friend's camera.... just speculating
