You're doing great, better than most in fact, but you make very crucial errors in your assessment.
The "Global Reset" was an idea stolen after there were attempts to audit the Federal Reserve and reimpose a system that works for the people, the constituents being represented in the effort. The GCR was co-opted. The did it because they knew, upon seeing the emerging movement to "reset" (which wasn't seen in a negative light before), they were going to run in to this trouble down the line, mostly because central banking had run its course as much as two or two and a half decades ago.
Cashless society
I fully understand why you say this. You want autonomy with your money. You don't want some jackass playing mommy, following you around and telling you to be careful about the choices you make with your fucking money. I share these sentiments. However, I think your analysis is disjointed here: you seem to think cash is best kept in this current system, but I think you fail to see how widely laundered cash is. In fact, it's the most widely laundered asset that's ever existed ever. Is it average criminals selling weed and coke on the corner so they can put dollar bills in their register at the car wash they own or the soda machine next to its entrance? No. Of fucking course it isn't. Our government are the criminals using cash to launder money. They do it with art, they do it with non-profits and, even worse, via "foreign aid". Remember that time Barry Soetoro gave planes full of pallets of cash to Iran right before his occupancy in the White House finished? Is cash what you really want? Or is it custody of your assets and the autonomy to use it at your own discretion without going to your money keepers and begging them to redeem some of the money they're keeping nice and safe for you? Cash isn't the solution. It's just the devil you're comfortable with.
global police force
This "Back The Blue" rhetoric is a glaring ailment in the neo-con circles and generally within those who identify with "the right" or "conservatives. All of the other places that harbor the gist of your complaint and analysis don't mesh with this position. The very people ensuring your wealth/energy is seized without your say is because of the people you appear to support. Don't get me wrong, there's a great deal of good officers. They exist in most cities and in most states. It's not their fault they got conned and I think we can agree that a meaningful amount of them have good intentions. Police, however, exist to, in general, facilitate retrieval of debt and it's called many different names. Outside of the nominal designation, they're glorified gangs.
To be very clear, I do not support Anarchism and I'm a fan of Law and Order (not the show). I think the Sheriff should once again be elevated and deemed worthy to oversee Law and Order in their own domains, as it always should have been.
transformation of homogenous societies
Many people think this is a result of Loxism or apart of efforts to diminish whites. They're right to a certain point, but most of what inspired this was demographic changes perpetuated by boomers and their retarded parents who allowed trade deals to enable manufacturers to manufacture offshore and import those goods, using cheap labor. This took away a lot of jobs for native US citizens and, although it lowered goods, meant we're suddenly making less in taxes. There was also the issue with an aging population and simultaneous expansion of infrastructure and production/consumption frameworks. Once the old people, who were many, outpaced the flourishing birthing numbers as the baby boom subsided, we had a growing debt to geriatrics who became dependent upon proceeding generations. So inflation was again the answer, which eventually led to women joining the workforce, which diluted jobs even more, which displaced working white men further. So when more needs for cheap labor arose for adjacent reasons, we saw influxes of foreigners. Now we're at a point where the Genetic Brain of our species decided there are too many people and birth rates need to decrease, because this "Genetic Brain" is finding there's too many people starving (look at California and the growing homeless population) and it sees in the future that automation will cause an avalanche, multiplying the rising homeless numbers and also forsaking the increasing number of people that don't have the intellectual capacity to perform increasingly demanding tasks.
If we only focus on one thing, it should be to go back to sound money: asset backed currency like gold.
How are you going to pay someone for services rendered in another country or another state? Do the current logistics that support this business framework offer support to the time it takes to settle payments? Do the fees involved support your payment method? How many ships, how much oil and how much "liquid metals" are necessary in order to support the logistical nightmare you're conjuring by forgetting how the present digital economy functions?
As for jobs, they are secondary. Until we fix the root cause of our collapse, working only is making us a slave.
Within the next few decades, most people won't "have a job" in the way that they do now. We'll either get there by mass starvation, war or economic solutions that offer some kind of release to people that don't have the IQ levels to outpace the replacement of low-demand jobs like factory workers or common other labor.
You gave me a lot to ponder. I don't have time to give your response an adequate response. I don't believe we're too far apart.
