You know, at a point you are just like "fuck it". Guy wanted to kill himself, failed to do so and the cop was like "what do you expect me to do about it".
It's a shitty thing to do and they should have put a call into EMS but yeah.

Minutes after the call was placed, Fraser and Warren found Rodriguez-Rivera under a tree at Forest Park in St Louis, still breathing, after he shot himself in the head, as reported by First Alert 4.
