I saw this yesterday on /pol and the thread was goofing off over it. What a fucking retard, shot up his own car with some detained nigger inside.
Maybe he was trying to hit his prisoner. His handcuffed, not moving prisoner. A guy who probably didn't even know he was being shot at. And the cop still missed.
How's that affirmative action working out?
