Sure they do...just like the constitution guarantees your right to free speech and the right to own arms. Hows all that working out for us, in actual practice? These fags are the same as the other fags. They hate you.

Sheriff are elected by the people. In my eyes the only legal law enforcement as per constitution.
Don’t let a silly comment and bias disturb that fact. Just like democrat representatives, sometimes you vote for the wrong ones that get to be sherif.
