I haven't watched the video yet, but the thumbnail implies that the driver was doing 65 in a 70.. that seems perfectly acceptable in my opinion. The typical police radar can read +/- 1 mph from the actual speed when tuned. If the unit isn't tuned, its reading is not admissible in court.
Its entirely possible that this driver could have actually been traveling at a speed much closer to the posted limit.
