Simple big govt and big corporate/ pharma tell little zog-bot to 'go after x'.

Little zog-bot needs some flimsy contrivance for muh paperwork.

Ergo some nameless normie (or fed-boi) social media comment appearing on PV ytube upload directed at big govt or big corporate/ pharma is used to widen muh police investigation into 'online threats'.
