I doute the Chief was even aware of the raid so 'someone' else is the moron, but yes he is In charge of the moron. This has happened many times with LEOs and citizens Dying because of stupidity. I know i have committed zero crimes so a 'raid' on my home would be treated as an invasion by criminals.
they shot rubber bullets at the home to alert the family they were there, that my fren is a threat and would have sent family out back door to safety then shot as many morons as possible so when it came out they attacked wrong home they would look extra stupid.
