Female cops should be on stand by to search women. Thats it.

There should be no female cops. And if we had maintained quality hiring practices, there wouldn't be an issue searching women. Had we maintained high social order, rarely would such an event be necessitated. Even then, nurses or some such pre-existing profession could be employed for such roles.
