It really would not have taken a very aggressive maneuver to avoid hitting the back of that car, though the way the cop was turning his vehicle right and left as he was braking would make it difficult to decide which side of the vehicle to try to avoid it on.

When I see someone in front of me driving erratically, I slow down. Literally never rear-ended anyone due to this "advanced tactic" of mine. There was not at all 10 seconds. The pig went from 80+ to 30- in less than 4 seconds.
Quit licking the boot. The bike was maintaining 5+ car lengths the entire video, bikes are extremely stable at speed. I've done numerous trackdays and have a very good understanding of how they handle. The pig braked at a normal rate well before he locked up his brakes and turned on his lights.
There was zero indication of a brake check and a middle of the road swerve prior.
