To me, considering the circumstances of the stop and the relationship the one officer had with the mother of the boy, I'd say this looks more like a planned execution than anything else. If I was in charge of investigating this I would want personal cell phone records of every officer involved to determine who was colluding in this murder beforehand. Certainly every officer who fired at the occupants of the vehicle is suspect. A headshot on the child?
