I bought a george forman style tabletop grill for making bacaon. They usually come with two flat surfaces you can swap for the grillmark ones and putting bacon in there makes perfect bacon 100% of the time because the bacon cannot change shape.

This is my first try with the bacon press, it worked wonders. Everything turned out a lovely red-brown while still being a bit chewy.
