I was hoping for something less complicated

Then get some ground pork and pan fry it with some smoky BBQ sauce, and dump it in the mac and cheese. Not as good though.

I was fucking with you , I had a recipe that was awesome where I cooked the macaroni and cheese on the smoker with a bunch of different cheese and had bbq on top but I lost it
