Just take a baking tray and put a bunch of cooked Macs in it, add your cheese (s) and fill with water until the water is level with the top of the pasta and place it in your smoker and then wait for a long time. By the time that your pork butts are done your cheese will be too and it will have all of that smokey goodness that we all love.
Just check it occasionally so that it hasn't run dry and it will be good.
