I went to a few local butchers but they wouldn't have any for a few weeks and after that video I most certainly wanted to include them in my next cook. Fuck pressure cooking (you will see some serious smoke ring and bark in the pics), fuck asians, we only have some viets around here and fuck soup. The flavor of that sandwich after I hit it with some of my sauce was indescribable. Good call dude.
