I have written them a couple of times with my thoughts. I have done my best to be polite. It is very robust, metal construction other than the body, it's a little tank. The grass is a bit thin right now because it's just getting into the growing season. It can mow about 1.7 acres per day. Basically it starts out in the morning at 100% charge. It mows for about 2 hours down to 15% and then heads back to the charging base to recharge up to 80% (Supposedly about 2 hours, more like 4) then off to mow again. Does that a couple of times per day and mows 6 days a week to keep my entire lawn mowed. I need to figure out why it's taking so long to charge. No optional attachments. I almost went with the Yarbo which is much larger and has lots of attachments. I might get one of those for my WA place, the snowblower attachment is bad ass.
