Mr Stimson, 26, was shot by police and is currently in hospital with life-threatening injuries, while one of the two other officers also sustained gunshot wounds.’

It is quite clear that the story is going to be spun in favour of the police. Just like the Wieambilla shooting used to coverup the fact the town was sitting on a CSG line. The article says:

Bear in mind that the Australian police force enforced the lockdowns and that people will not forget what has occurred.
