First I've heard of it. 29th (tomorrow) is a Saturday, not exactly the most impactful day to hold a "strike". Besides, there's nothing that the government can do about inflation, the damage has already been done, what is happening now is a direct consequence of what they have done not only in the last 3 years, but for many years before. There is nothing that the government can do about it, even if they wanted to. Sure, they can make it worse (and they are) with continuing rampant government spending and high taxation. But, they cannot prevent it from happening, because it is fake money, they have inflated the fake money, and as that flows out into the economy, it results in inflation that is seen, and felt, by ordinary people. Most people are far to fucking ignorant to link the prior rampant spending and easy money policies with resulting inflation though. Shit is going to get really fucking bad in Australia over the next few years. Just pray (and do everything in your power) to make sure that "The Voice" constitutional change and their draconian "misinformation" bill do not get up, or it will be much fucking worse, and you won't hear about it from anyone. ---- Fuck Dan Andrews... and Fuck Anthony Albanese too.
