Close to 100%. Alice Springs is about 20% abo (whole country ~3%). Abos are violent and have no concept of property rights.

Darwin - abos Perth - abos Cairns- abos Adelaide - abos Sydney - possibly abos or muslims. Melbourne(not mentioned) - africans

I don't know about Aussie land but if this policy was implemented in the US, we could safely put every nigger in prison almost immediately. Yes, it would be expensive, but it would be worth it.
