Definitely a cool summer. La Nina, Indian Ocean Dipole and Southern Annular Mode all conspiring to bring cold and wet weather. That and the Tongan volcano eruption. Just picked my first tomatoes yesterday. In a "normal" year I'd have enough to start preserving by now, which would mean picking several kilos a day. Corn just starting to flower today too, it's not very tall though due to cold.
