Been saying this for years. University is a relic of the past. Before the internet, universities were the central hub for knowledge and information. If you wanted to learn about something you had to get it from books. There are too many books to read about anyone subject, so the professor or lecturer was the "search engine." Now the internet is orders of magnitude better than any shitty university course, and it has basically devolved into adult babysitting and the piece of paper you get at the end is basically a retard test and an attendance record. Still kind of useful for very specific professions like a doctor or lawyer etc. But the modern economy is so large now, and has such a wide variety of jobs it's impossible for any course to cover all of them.
