ESTA is a fucking piece of shit. I worked for AV, paramedic + comms back when the areas ran their own opcens. They were run by trained calltakers and paramedics back then. I was there when they closed us down and moved everything rural to Ballarat. Fucking morons. The ESTA people have ZERO medical training. I once saw a girl leave a job for an hour and a half because she didn't realise that a heartbeat of 40/m was FUCKING SERIOUS. Was the worst time of my life having to live through that transition. Ended up with PTSD and quitting alltogether. So did many other people.
