Innocent bull shark relives horror of the moment he was attacked by what he thought was a seal.

I've had a chance to surf in New Zealand but I refuse.

I would break out in a cold sweat dangling my wetsuit legs in the water.

It' strange. I grew up surfing Ponce Intel at New Smyrna Beach, oft dubbed "the shark attack capital of the world" due to the frequency of bull shark bites there. Never used to think anything of it. Older now I'm like, "Well that seems like a terrible idea. Perfectly good breaks just a short drive away that don't have a ton of hungry bulls in murky brackish water." But the bravery and foolishness of youth is a thing.

The idiocy of people never cease to amaze. Got a problem with crocs or gators in Florida? Sharks too near the beach? Grizzlies invading the town? It's fucking called pest control and remediation!
