Best case scenario, the magnetic poles continue their movement eventually to return to the pole positions, with opposite polarity.

Worse case scenario, the planet itself does a 90 degree flip, moving the equator to the poles, and the poles to the equator.

Meanwhile, the wind and the water are still spinning sideways, at 1400 kph. So that's wind, and oceans, moving sideways across continents, at the speed of sound.
