I had heard about this a couple of days before this story broke, thought it sounded somewhat overly optimistic at the time and decided to wait for some confirmation. I imagine that they will just ignore this. The judge could find Andrews in contempt if he doesn't show up and issue an arrest warrant, but he'd want to have some balls, and a decent life insurance policy first. Andrews is a tyrant, he will do anything to retain his grip on power.
