How was he able to pump without paying first? Did niggers ruin this in my area?

Everyone pumps before paying everywhere in Australia. There are little warning stickers on the pumps about fuel theft to scare people so they don't drive off without paying.

There's a sensor in nearly all PEDs to detect tampering. If it "slips out of your hand" when you got to enter your PIN it'll come up "Alert Irruption" or something and then can't be used until it's returned for a security check. Sometimes a couple of knocks on a hard surface is all it takes.
