I don't think the federal level needs any more power, but the power that the states have must be curtailed. As it currently stands, citizens have ZERO recourse to the authoritarian state laws. There is NO legal recourse. At all. Now that Chairman Dan's draconian powers bill has passed, here in Victoria I am bracing for new draconian measures. I feel physically sick with what is going on.
