They don't have a pandemic in Australia. They don't even have a crisis, or an emergency, or a difficult situation. What they have is a handful (literally) of cold virus cases that don't result in deaths, unless the person who catches it is going to die soon anyway. So to keep the panic and control going, they have to manufacture the illusion of a pandemic.
