Because it's largely bullshit. Hell, the returning Olympic team from Japan stayed at this very place for their 14 day quarantine. Zero evidence of forced vaccination and this guy clearly broke the rules by not applying for a travel pass and submitting his vax information. Disclaimer: I don't think any of these things should exist, but you can't act surprised when what happens to you is exactly what they say will happen if you come in breaking their rules.
