Only announced around midday today. "Non-essential retail," meaning businesses the government deems non-essential.

Lots of green ticks, the media is calling it a 'relaxation of restrictions' and talking about what great news it is for freedom in Victoria.

The reason this will work in Australia and Austria is the majority of vaccinated people will need to mentally believe they did not make a mistake and keeping the unvaxed separate from them reinforces that false belief.

Thus the majority will be for any injustice to others which reinforces their own cognitive dissonance.
