These ridiculous fines have to be against human rights. I mean, I could maybe see a fine of $50 or so, but $90,000? That's nuts. I wonder if the Australian governments have ever tried to collect on any of these fines?

These aren't laws.

No one voted for them to be enacted.

You dont need to pay the fines.

Keep the paper the cops give you for each form of tyranny they impose on you.

When it all comes out as fraud. Seek a lawyer and retire.

Yes, the government will just decide actually it doesn't have the power to enforce. That's how it always works.

At what point will those people be able to see justice for the unwarranted fine?

In the country that is forcing them to wear masks on their own porches. When will this magical time be when this “all comes out as fraud”?

When the media and the courts and the police and the politicians side with their own people?

LOL

It’s like a fat person saying they’ll get around to exercising once they lose some weight.

What generally happens is that you are issued with the fine, say $2000 for disobeying the Chief Health Officer's directives, you can either pay the fine, or choose to contest it. If you choose to contest it, the fine will be withdrawn and you will be issued with a summons to appear in Court. One catch to this, if you hold a firearms license, the fact that you are issued a "criminal summons" means that your firearms license is suspended and the police will confiscate all of your guns until it is resolved. What usually happens then is that the police just fail to show up to court or withdraw the charges, as they would have little chance of actually defending them in court.

The technicality most people get caught up on is failing to give their details to the police. If you are suspected of committing an offense, you are required to give your details to the police. If you don't, often the original charge is thrown out, but you are then charged with failing to provide information to the police. It's a pretty fucked up situation and totally unjust, but it's Victoriastan, what else would you expect.

Fuck Dan Andrews!

Did you see the interview with Shadow Minister for Local Government and Resources Richard Riordan MP? ... shameless plug of my post of it earlier: https://poal.co/s/Australia/458044

I heard you had an election coming up soon

Start informing the normie masses so they vote accordingly.

This piece of shit needs to go.

You said Election? I think you meant Selection.

Considering how they chop and change prime ministers without an election by the people you're probably right.

And this is why we need a true independent executive branch. Not just a subset of the current legislators!!!!!!!

Nov '22.... if it happens. There's every chance that the Great Leader Dan will invoke a state of emergency and call it off.

In any case, the maddened crowd in Melbourne may well re-elect him... again... he should have gone last time after the endless string of fuck ups and african gang violence, but the suburban horde just mindlessly voted for the most gibs they could get.

Fuck Dan Andrews!

I feel for you it's gotta be terrible living under that tyranny

Was discussing with the CEO of the company I work for at lunch today (it's a pretty small company), but he basically said if that fucker gets re-elected, he's moving out of Victoria. He was telling me about how someone snitched on some kids playing basketball near his house. The cops came out and fined them all, just a fucking disgrace.

Fuck Dan Andrews!

Voting?

Sigh

Australians don't have guns only the muslims do.

Seriously, you could at least start a "Let's go Andrews" chant
