Correct. Now the person under the chief health officer can also control every aspect of public life. So another person with unlimited power has been created, while Dan can also extend the state of emergency that allows all this bullshit forever in 3 month increments.

But now there is more transparency... into the bullshit decisions they'll make regardless of public good.
