If they succeed with said argument - it could be used as the basis of discrimination lawsuits for those who lose their job due to being unjabbed as well - because it's the same premise, just the other side of the coin.

In fact, this sets up a worse premise for us unvaxxed people. Because any evidence we try to provide will be dismissed as conspiracy where as on the other side of the coin they can point to several different sources.
