He's a bit weird, intelligent and brainwashed at the same time. I don't even know or like any property developers (or the way many foreign developers tear down beautiful old buildings and replace them with crap for a quick profit) but as soon as Jordies started pointing the finger at them and saying "all property developers are worse than human shit" it sounded too much like Marxist finger-pointing so couldn't bring myself to listen further.
