I don't think we watched the same video. I saw a man on the ground where they checked his pulse, a few minutes later tried using a defibrillation machine on his chest and a few minutes after that began manual chest compressions on him.
You don't normally attempt CPR on someone who already has a heartbeat, due to the risk of stopping it. How is that "not even close" or "bullshit" if the video literally shows the cops beginning CPR?
